Their bid was competitive and thorough. They worked with me to structure the proposal in a way that suited our insurance company requirements (part of the work was covered in damage sustained by the May 2010 hail storm). Once we decided to use this company to work on our roof, we had to wait a few months for the work to get started (they had a backlog of jobs). In the interim we had a series of ice storms that created an ice dam around the turret that was causing a leak. I called Exact Roofing to ask their advice, and they came out right away and removed the dam free of charge. Once they started working on our job, they were professional and efficient. "Starting with the estimate, Sandor arrived on time and provided both pictures and an estimate via email, as well as a hard copy via regular mail. About 3 weeks later we called to schedule the work to begin and had to wait for several weeks until we could be scheduled.
